c-BMSは、コンパクトながらISO26262に適合し、24セルまで測定が可能です。

c-BMSは、関連する全ての自動車基準に適合するように開発され、機能安全規格ISO26262を満足しています。プロセッサー、ASIC、PSUのような重要部品は、機能安全規格ASIL Cレベルに適合するものが慎重に選ばれています。
c-BMS24は、大きさが70x150 mmと非常にコンパクトながら、24セルまで測定が可能です。どのような組成のリチウム電池に対してもシステム電圧48Vをカバーし、LFPやNCMではシステム電圧72Vまでカバーします。

ISO 26262 compliant design withkey components such as Processor, ASIC and PSU are carefullyselected to meet the safety standard at ASIL C rate.The c-BMS24, with its powerful dual core safety rated proces-sor and state of the art application specific integrated circuit(ASIC), can reach temperature accuracy of /-1 °C and cellvoltage measurement accuracy of /- 1.5 mV, throughoutthe entire temperature range (-40 to 85 °C).The BMS Creator™ software ensures, that the battery designercan create a unique BMS based on the standard cost opti-mized hardware. The battery designer can define a uniqueand application dedicated safety strategy, optimizing batteryperformance and battery life, which are achievable with thechosen Lithium cell.The c-BMS24 is cell agnostic both in terms of form factor andchemistry and thus enables a full sourcing flexibility therebyreducing the design risk. With a standardized volume producedPCBA platform and automotive grade high quality componentsthec-BMS24becomeaverycostefficientandcompactsolution.The BMS has a very compact design and measures only 70 x150 mm, while monitoring up to 24 Cells, covering 48V applica-tions with any cell chemistry and up to 72V with LFP or NMC.
